Creative Director responsible for project vision, feature and visual design for Halo Waypoint, a unique cross-channel entertainment network on the Xbox, PC and mobile devices that opens the Halo universe to millions of fans wherever they are.

Group Manager, product and feature design, leading the creative teams and program managers through two full product revisions that significantly increased traffic, user satisfaction, sales and ad revenue.

Group Manager, product vision author, leading a full product team through multiple years and releases of Microsoft's first cloud-based development offering. Our work changed Microsoft's position on code sharing and shared-source projects.

Windows Family Safety

Lead Program Manager and UX Manager for the suite of features comprising Microsoft's global child safety initiative. The services encourage open communication between parents and kids and help kids become more aware of online safety.
